SF Site contains an enormous amount of information, including links to home pages of many of the professional and semipro SF/F magazines.

Inkspot: The Writer's Resource is an on-line collection of writing resources.

Teen Writing at About.com: A huge collection of links to articles and writing resources.

FictionHome has still more resources.

Advice to Aspiring Writers on my own Web site includes not just advice from me, but links to many other writing sites.
